Open Question: My Credit Card Terminal stopped working with my magic jack phone…?
I'm trying to find the cheapest alternative to batching out my sales with my credit card terminal, I used to have a landline but when other gizmo's started getting cheaper, I switched to magic jack which worked with my credit card terminal for sales and batch closes. For some reason magic jack stopped working, I chatted with their tech support for hours, checking everything including internet connection and latest firmware, no cigar. Authorize net is too expensive with their silly fees. T-mobile at home service told me in advance that it won't work.
Are there any other landline options out there?
Does Anyone have any faxing or credit card terminal landline suggestions?
Open Question: My family needed a home so we jumped into buying a old mobile home made in the 70′s. Found mold in the walls?
This is my first post. I really regret putting money into this dump. Found mold in the walls of the bathroom and am now worried about asbestos. Can I back out? Should we just clean and tear out moldy junk? What if there's asbestos? Bought it January 15th. Had planned to remodel but don't know what approach to take now. My family needs a home they won't get sick staying in.

Open Question: How can I return my mobile home to the bank?
Just found out (due to elder care issues) I need to move back in with my parents...mom needs 24/7 care. I owe $6000 on my mobile home - market isn't selling and I have 20 days before she is discharged from nursing home. My son could stay in our home but with the care duties-I will loose some ours at work and salary....can't afford to keep the home. Any ideas?
P.S. The park I live in does not allow us to rent our homes out. My mortgage is already cheap ($145) but with a $500 lot rent......can't afford it with the new situation

Open Question: should my ex be able to prevent me seeing my son because he has played up for her?
i have been seperated from my ex for 8 years now and despite the odd disagreement we have been fairly amicable, we have both moved on with our lives, she has had 2 more kids by 2 different lads which is fine and the kids are lovely, i've always brought them presents for xmas etc and made sure that they are o.k as they are my sons brothers. just over a year ago she got with a new guy which is fine and my outlook on the whole thing is as long as she is happy my son will be. but since she has got with this guy things have changed, i am not allowed to call her phone and must call my 10 year old son on his mobile which is fine and i dont mind that at all really, just to point out since we split 8 years ago we havent been close or friends particularly but have always remained pleasent enough to each other which is good for the kids. that said during the last year a few things have happened that i have issue with, for example picking up and dropping off times, on occasions i've took him home at the agreed time and she has not even been at home, this hasnt happened once or twice which "can happen" but on several occasions. this friday i had a phone call at 6pm telling me i couldnt have my son this weekend because he had been naughty. now i have my son EVERY weekend, we had a mediated agreement which i have never gone against even once, but this weekend i had purchased tickets to the football which she knew about.
so basically is it fair that she can punish my son by using his fater. surely thats the same as using the kid to hurt the dad??

I am relatively new to mobile phone WiFi and was wondering if it is secure (whether using at home or in public place). What precautions do I need to take to ensure people can't 'hack' into my phone. I know about all the firewall stuff to put on PCs and laptops but is this required for moile phone handsets and if so how do I go about it?
