Open Question: Does anybody know a good real estate brokerage in Tampa, FL that specializes in mobile homes?
Open Question: Sister & Husband both retire & on SSI, can they walk away from a mortgage and not have consequences?
Sis & hubby took out first mortgage to buy a house, then took out a second to fix the bathroom. now they want to walk away and leave the house not saying one word to the bank and move into an old 3 story house my brother-in-law owns and have it paid for in five years. they can't go up and down stairs with the knee & health problems.
they will not listen to anyone or suggestions of moving into an apartment, double wide mobile home or moving into a retirement center.
will they suffer consequences once they walk? the payments are being met with no hardship.
personally i would sell the house and move where maintenance is minimal or non existent.

Open Question: Something really strange happened last night before i went to sleep.- help?
Last night my boyfriend called me 30 minutes before he left work. I had a shower and layed in bed just before he was due to arrive home the time was 2200. my boyfriend says he arrived home at 2230 and forgot he left his keys at home and the front door was locked. he tried to ring the doorbell and call my mobile (which was on loud) 48 times! i did not hear any of this! he even tried knocking on the glass of my window. He saw me laying on the bed and had to smash the glass to get inside.. the time was 2345 before i remember kind of waking up. He though i locked him out. I didnt mean to... So why couldnt i wake up? I wasnt tired im never hard to wake up could I have fainted? but if i did i would have been out for nearly 1 hour.. im really worried
