Open Question: Buying a mobile home before April 2010?
I want to buy a Mobile home before April 2010. Do these types of homes qualify for the $7,000.00 new home buyer tax credit? If so is there a limit on what it can cost? the one I'm thinking of buying is around $24,000.00. Can anyone direct me to a government web site with the guidelines for this tax credit? That would be so helpful!
