Open Question: Should I build a duplex or double wide trailer?
I own some vacant land in a small town. I was thinking of building a duplex on the land and rent it out. The zoneing says if a mobile home is placed there it must be a double wide. I will need to finance the build/ mobile home. Which is better? Also I do not want to use the land as collateral.
