Note : the a6-3400m laptop is cheaper by about 200-250USD ( in my country : singapore its about 400 buck difference SGD (currency ) ) My budget is at the a6-3400m but if the i5 is alot alot better i'm willing to fork out the cash ( although Im on a tight budget )

Open Question: My mum is so over protective!!?
I'm 13 and my mum doesn't let me do anything! I can't have my own email, I'm not allowed Facebook, I don't have a mobile phone. These are just a few example of what she wont let me have. She has only just started letting me stay at home with my brother but dad has been letting me stay home alone for years without mum knowing. I can't buy things I really want with my own money. She doesn't want me to have my own laptop. And she never tells me why she won't let me do things. I try to have a proper conversation about ot with her so I can understand why I can't have things but she won't talk to me. Her response is always 'because I said' or 'I'm busy' or something like that. It sucks. all my friends who have everything I want always leave me out because i don't know who said what to who on Facebook and when they ask for my number Its so embarrassing when I have to say I don't have a phone and then they say I can email them but I don't have an email either!!! It is so not fair!! I feel so left out sometimes because I have no idea what everyone is talking about. And I can't even talk to mum about it cause she won't listen and gets angry and yells at me if I keep asking questions or keep asking to talk about things. And them she tells me sometimes, that I can talk to her about anything!!!!! What can I do!?

I live in Britain and my boyfriend lives in California. We really like hearing each others voices while we're out and at home but my mum refuses to pay calls to California. We cant go on cam all the time because my computer doesn't always let me use it. We really miss one another and in five years we're getting married. I don't have a job and can't get one as I have not left school and don't have any qualifications (SP). We really love one another and I know he loves me too. I asked my mum to take my weekly money and not to bother with Easter, Birthday ect. but she still said no.
I really need to speak to him everyday but I don't know how. How can I get her to let me phone him? Oh and my mobile doesn't do long distance calls.

I went to go for a bike ride in our quiet neighbourhood with her at about 4:50 pm. I was on my bike (she was walking) and the last time I saw her was when she was stepping off our drive-way to begin walking (we were going to ride and walk together). I rode about 10 metres ahead, around a corner and waited for her. I waited for a couple of minutes I went back home (where I last saw her) and she wasn't there. I called her mobile, she didn't answer, and she definitely isn't at home (I'm here now). I went riding all around the neighbour hood looking for her, but I can't find her. She's never done anything like this before.
I'm 16, FEMALE, and totally alone (Dad lives very far away, no siblings). I also don't know any neighbours.
What do I do?
